Shipping & Returns
Items ordered online will have a 2 day handling time. Items will be shipped based upon the buyers chosen method at checkout.
Returns are accepted for all purchases made from The Cardboard Heiress that have been damaged during the shipping process or prior to customer acclimation.
Items in our memorabilia collection are fully refundable if they fail to be authenticated when represented as such. Most items we sell come with either a JSA, PSA, CGC, SGA, DCM or other third party service authentication or grade.Items not marked authentic are not guarenteed as such and will be non refundable .All items returned must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase to receive credit.
Sports Trading Cards are non refundable .
Authentification & Grading
The Cardboard Heiress sells new and consigned merchandise. Although we often have memorabilia authenticated for ourselves , occasionally we will have items for sale that have been authenticated prior to our acclimation as well as items that have no formal authenticity to our knowledge .ALL ITEMS WILL BE IDENTIFIED ACCORDINGLY PRIOR TO SALE. If an item is advertised as having a formal certification such as PSA, JSA, etc ,all paperwork will be included at the time of sale.
The Cardboard Heiress sells raw and graded cards. We use services such as PSA, CGC, and SGA.
Due to the loss of Beckett and downsizing of services from PSA , we have also began using digital grading services such as DCM. We are confident in our products but unfortunately at this time cannot accept returns of trading cards due to the risk of damage after leaving our possession unless the damage occurs during the shipping process.
